研究进展 | ||||
采用流动注射离子迁移质谱(FI-IM-MS)和液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS)对前列腺癌症病人的血清进行了代谢组学和生物标志物研究。FI-IM-MS方法比LC-MS分析速度快,与直接或流动注射相比具有对复杂混合物的离子分离好和信噪比高的优势。 采用分子生物学技术结合LC-MS研究了金纳米棒等离子光热疗法(PPTT)中癌细胞凋亡过程的细胞代谢变化。 | ||||
